From the minute I entered Po Na Na I was overwhelmed by how small it was and how many people they had attempted to squeeze into this tiny place. It was so cramped that I could barely move without having a drink spilled on me. The queue at the bar was outrageous- it took over 45 minutes to get a drink, and they got the order wrong! I didn't enjoy the music as it was too much indie with the odd pop song thrown in for good measure. I really wouldn't recommend Po Na Na, the ceilings are low and it is below ground level, so basically it's a cave! Enter at your peril!

This is possibly the worst place in Wimbledon !!Once you get past the RACIST & AGEIST excuses for doormen ( and believe me they totally need to get a life ) the place is a shoebox. I used to go to Po Na Na in Hammersmith so thought it would be equally as good. NO SUCH LUCK.The best advice I can give you is to AVOID this place .There are lots of other better venues in Wimbledon

Coming from Reading, where the Fez puts on great bands and DJs I thought Po Na Na would be comparabile. What I got was some of the rudest doormen I've ever met and inside it was like a shoebox. The 70's disco floor and clashing moroccan decor - what is it all about? Mental. You can walk from the front door to the back via the dancefloor in about 25 paces.I think calling it a nightclub would be flouting the trade descriptions act.
Merton Park is a place in the London Borough of Merton. It is a quiet and leafy suburb situated between Wimbledon, Morden, South Wimbledon and Wimbledon Chase.
